Chuck (LOV) and Thanh (Vice-Director, Khai Tri) updated the Memo of Understanding with the following terms:
- GRANT IS $21,000
- Library shall be used solely for e-learning programs and innovations as may be agreed between Khai Tri & Rotary Club of Winnetka-Northfield
- Dedication & Signage shall be designed by Rotary Club of Winnetka-Northfield
- LOVNP will included Khai Tri in its continuing support program
